Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Orders leave our fulfilment warehouse after payment clears. You get a tracking number by email when the parcel ships.

Delivery time: tracked shipping, usually 5 to 11 days to a US address after the order ships. Weekends and holidays can add a day or two.

What we need from you: a complete street address, including apartment or unit number if you have one. Wrong or incomplete addresses delay delivery and may return the parcel.

Lost or stuck parcels: if tracking stops moving for more than 7 days after the last scan, email us with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and replace the order or refund you once the claim is settled.

Customs and duties: orders to the US are fulfilled for domestic delivery. You should not see import duties on a normal Collarless order. If a carrier wrongly charges you, send us the receipt and we will sort it out.

We do not ship to PO boxes if the carrier cannot deliver there. If your address cannot be delivered, we will email you before we cancel.
